The village is small, it has 280 inhabitants, shop, bar, medical service, regular bus service to Varna. The village lies on Varna lake shore not far from the industrial zone. Varna is the third largest city in Bulgaria, the biggest along the Black Sea Coast. With population of 350,000 inhabitants Varna has been selected as the best city to live in Bulgaria. Varna is a host city of many festivals: International Theatre Festival "Varna Summer" International Music Festival, International Ballet Competition, International Jazz Festival, Film Festival "Love is Folly", International Puppet Festival "Golden Dolphin", August in Art, Videoholica , International Folk Festival, Week of the sea and others.
