Sea view apartments 150 m from the beach. The housing complex is situated in the town of Byala, Bulgaria. It is located on 150 m from the sea shore with sea view, close to the beach, the city center and the road Varna – Burgas. The free spaces among the buildings are planted, there is an area for rest with alcoves, BBQ, open air kinder-gardens and a swimming pool. The whole complex is surrounded by fence to control the access to the recreation and residential zones.
The first part of the complex is already built and completely sold out. The construction of the second part has began in November 2013 and is expected to end December 2014.
Byala is a small picturesque town situated directly on the Black Sea Coast. It lies near the border between Varna and Burgas regions, 50 km south from Varna international airport. Byala (population 3,000) has its own ethnographic park and is the host city of the annual festival "Week of the Sea". The beach of Byala is the cleanest and widest on the Bulgarian Black Sea coast. One of the wildest districts in Bulgaria “The white river” and the virgin beach “Iraqli” are situated nearby. The combination of mountain and sea climate makes the town a great place for recreation.
