Sea view apartments in Bulgaria. The apartment complex lies in Byala 600 m from the beach, 50 km south of Varna. The resort is well served, with shops, school, post office, hotels, restaurants and fine sandy beach.
The complex disposes of 13 apartments, all of them studios. All apartments have sea view, ground floor units have gardens. The apartments are partially completed, without internal finish. Completion to the key is possible for additional payment. 5 years building guarantee.
Byala is a small picturesque town situated directly on the Black Sea Coast. It lies near the border between Varna and Burgas regions, 50 km south from Varna international airport. Byala (population 3,000) has its own ethnographic park and is the host city of the annual festival "Week of the Sea". The beach of Byala is the cleanest and widest on the Bulgarian Black Sea coast. One of the wildest districts in Bulgaria “The white river” and the virgin beach “Iraqli” are situated nearby. The combination of mountain and sea climate makes the town a great place for recreation.
